The Residential\nOption would develop a 33story building with four levels of subterranean\nparking, 429 residential units, including 36 units designated for Very Low\nIncome households, a 55,000 square feet grocery store, 5,000 square feet\nof retail uses, and 8,988 square feet of floor area within existing bungalows\nas either restaurants or 12 residential units, for a total of 484,421 square\nfeet of floor area, or a floor area ratio of 6:1.
