31. 24-1398 Recommendation to adopt Request for Proposal Specifications No. PR-22-181, and\naward permits to Kitesurf Life LLC, of Long Beach, CA; Off the Hook Kiteboarding\nInc., of Huntington Beach, CA; and SoCal Kitesurfing LLC, of Huntington Beach,\nCA, to provide certified kiteboarding instruction on City of Long Beach beaches for\na period of three years, with the option to renew for one additional three-year\nperiod, at the discretion of the City Manager; and, authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents necessary to award permits, including any\nnecessary subsequent amendments.
