23. 24-54271 Recommendation to adopt Specifications No. ITB CE-24-427 and award a contract\nto Industrial Safety Shoe Company dba Industrial Shoeworks, of Santa Ana, CA, to\nfurnish and deliver safety footwear and related supplies, in an annual amount of\n$180,000 and authorize a 20 percent contingency in the amount of $36,000, for a\ntotal annual amount not to exceed $216,000 for a period of two years, with the\noption to renew for three additional one-year periods, at the discretion of the City\nManager; and, authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents\nnecessary to enter into the contract, including any necessary subsequent\namendments.
