Consultation with General Manager and Chief Engineer of the Los Angeles\nDepartment of Water and Power (including security operations and\ninfrastructure security) regarding security issues pertaining to the essential\npublic services (water and electric service and security matters related\nthereto), pursuant to Section 54957(a) of the California Government Code.\nThe Board shall publicly report any action taken in closed session and the vote or\nabstention of every member present thereon, in accordance with Section 54957.1 of the\nCalifornia Government Code.
