WAIVER - DEFERRAL OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MISSING PUBLIC\nIMPROVEMENTS ON RAILROAD STREET ADJACENT TO ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER\n117-031-040 LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF VICENTIA AVENUE AND\nRAILROAD STREET (APN 117-031-040) (APPLICANT: AMER MAKKAWI)\nThat the City Council:\na. Defer the requirement from CMC Section 15.48.020 requiring the construction of\nthe street widening and related improvements on Railroad Street located\nadjacent to APN 117-031-040 located at the southeast corner of Vicentia Avenue\nand Railroad Street and require the applicant to pay the City a fair share of the\ncost of the construction of the public improvement.\nb. Authorize an appropriation and estimated revenue increase in the amount of\n$20,400 within the General Fund 110 to a newly created Capital Improvement\nProject titled, “Railroad Street Improvements.”
