Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration with the Mitigation Monitoring and\nReporting Program and approve AHDB2023-0003, as recommended by the\nPlanning and Housing Commission.\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Affordable Housing Density Bonus\nAgreement between the City of Corona and Second Street Housing, LP.\nc. Notwithstanding Corona Municipal Code Section 17.87.090, direct the Affordable\nHousing Density Bonus Agreement to be recorded in the Official Records of the\nCounty of Riverside upon the close of escrow for the acquisition of the Property\nby Second Street Housing, LP.
