PLANNING & HOUSING COMMISSION REPORT - AFFORDABLE HOUSING\nDENSITY BONUS AGREEMENT 2023-0002 FOR A MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL\nHOUSING DEVELOPMENT CONSISTING OF 115 UNITS ON 3.46 ACRES LOCATED AT\nTHE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 2ND STREET AND BUENA VISTA AVENUE IN THE R3\nZONE (APN: 118-270-051, 118-270-053 AND 118-270-055) (APPLICANT: SECOND\nSTREET FAMILY, LP)\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration with the Mitigation Monitoring and\nReporting Program and approve Affordable Housing Density Bonus Agreement\n2023-0002 as recommended by the Planning and Housing Commission.\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Affordable Housing Density Bonus\nAgreement between the City of Corona and Second Street Family, LP.\nc. Notwithstanding Corona Municipal Code Section 17.87.090, direct the Affordable\nHousing Density Bonus Agreement to be recorded in the Official Records of the\nCounty of Riverside upon the close of escrow for the acquisition of the Property\nby Second Street Family, LP.
