APPROVAL LETTERS OF NON-INTERFERENCE WITH WORLD ENERGY\nAND CRIMSON PIPELINE; AND AMENDMENT TO BIKEWAY\nLICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PARAMOUNT\nAND CHEVRON FOR WSAB BIKEWAY PHASE 2 (CITY\nPROJECT NO. 9932)\nRecommended Action: 1) Approve the letters of non-interference\nwith World Energy and Crimson Pipeline; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager to execute an amendment to the agreement with\nChevron, at a future time, to allow the construction of the WSAB\nBikeway Phase 2 project, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
