Approve NV5 Engineering’s proposal for construction support services for the\n“Project Phoenix – Treatment System Improvements” for a not to exceed cost of\n$44,760.00 plus an additional $500 in reimbursable costs for a total of\n$45,260.00.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to enter into the\ncontract, including any necessary amendments thereto.\n3.
