Under NEPA, the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has determined\nthat the Project is a Categorical Exclusion under 23 USC 327.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution approving a consultant services agreement with T.Y. Lin International to\nperform Construction Management Services for Federal Project BRLS-5203(039): City projects\nHeritage Bridge Replacement (STM0386) and Main Street Widening (STM0388).
