Amendment Six to AB 2766 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)\nBetween CVAG and Member Jurisdictions to Provide Sustainable\nFunding of the Regional PM10 Street Sweeping Program\nRecommendation: To approve Amendment Six to AB 2766 Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) between the Coachella Valley\nAssociation of Governments (CVAG) and member\njurisdictions to maintain contributions from the cities and the\nCounty at 75% to provide sustainable funding of the regional\nPM10 Street Sweeping Program through June 30, 2026;\nand authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment Six\nto the AB 2766 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
