Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement for\nConstruction Engineering Services on Federal HSIP Projects - HSIP 9A\nand HSIP 9B\nRecommendation: To approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreements for construction engineering services on\nFederally-funded Highway Safety Improvements Program\n(HSIP) projects with Z&K Consultants on HSIP Cycle 9A –\nTraffic Signal Improvements at 12 Intersections Project\n(C08752) and with Willdan Engineering on HSIP 9B –\nVarner Road Safety Improvements Project (C08751); and,\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the required\nAmendment documents.
