Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Attorney that City Council:\n1) Adopt an ORDINANCE amending Division 4 by amending section 45.6.6 of the\nTorrance Municipal Code prohibiting camping in public places, amending section\n49.2.2 of the Torrance Municipal Code prohibiting fires in parks, adding section 45.3.33\nto the Torrance Municipal Code prohibiting fires in public places, adding section 45.1.9\nto the Torrance Municipal Code regulating shelters in public places, and adding section\n45.1.10 to the Torrance Municipal Code prohibiting loitering at bus stop sites; and\n2) Adopt an Ordinance Summary for publication; and\n3) Consider South Bay Cities Council of Governments request for cities to adopt the Good\nNeighbor Pledge.\n10.
