Expenditure: $50,227\n(Non-General Fund).\nRecommendation of the Community Development Director that City Council approvea first\namendment to the contract services agreement with Aspen Environmental Group of\nAgoura Hillis, CA (C2022-148) to increase the contract amount by $50,227, for a new\nnot-to-exceed amount of $213,894, to furnish an Environmental Impact Report for:\nthe Torrance Ports Logistics Project, now known as the Del Amo Technology Center\nProject, and to extend the contract term for an additional 29-month period beginning\nSeptember 30, 2024 and ending February 28, 2027.
