Expenditure: None.\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption pursuant\nto Guidelines Section 15301 (Existing Facilities); and\n2) Approve a Consent to Alterations with Peyton Cramer Automotive dba AutoNation\nAcura South Bay (C94-031, C-2702), located at 25341 Crenshaw Boulevard, to\nproceed with the proposed improvements of an existing auto dealership including\nconstruction and operation of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and\nassociated improvements while maintaining existing lease rate terms.
