FOR MATERIAL TESTING SERVICES FOR THE\nAVALON AND BELLTOWN AREA IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CIP\nNO. 23113)\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and TKE Engineering, Inc. for Construction\nManagement Services for a not to exceed amount of $154,621.00 for the\nAvalon Belltown Area Improvement Project (CIP No. 23113); and\n2. Approve the Agreement between the City of Jurupa Valley and Geo-\nAdvantec, Inc. for Material Testing Services for an amount not to exceed\n$19,045.00 for the Avalon Belltown Area Improvement Project (CIP No.\n23113).\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreements in substantially the\nform and format attached to the staff report as approved by the City\nAttorney.\n4. Authorize the Finance Director to make appropriate budget adjustments as\nneeded.
