E. AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF JURUPA VALLEY AND WEBB\nMUNICIPAL FINANCE FOR ON-CALL SPECIAL TAX CONSULTING\nSERVICES\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council approve the Agreement between\nthe City of Jurupa Valley and Webb Municipal Finance, LLC for On-Call\nSpecial Tax Consulting Services for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00\nper fiscal year through the initial term of the Agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement in substantially the\nform and format attached to the staff report as approved by the City\nAttorney.\n3. Authorize the Finance Director to make any necessary budget adjustments.
