AND AWARD A\nPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO FOUNTAINHEAD CONSULTING FOR THE\nAPPIAN WAY PUMP STATION ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT\nPresented by Lina Hernandez, Interim Public Works Director\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Award a Public Works Contract to MIK Construction, Inc. for the\nconstruction of the Appian Way Pump Station Roof Replacement Project for $625,700, plus a\n15% contingency of $93,855, for a total of $719,555; award a Professional Services Agreement\nto Fountainhead Consulting Corporation for construction inspection, construction administration,\nand testing services for the Appian Way Pump Station Roof Replacement Project in the amount\nof $70,544, plus a 15% contingency amount of $10,582, for a total amount of $81,126;\nappropriate an additional $390,681 for a total project budget of $800,681 from available fund\nbalance in the Water Fund; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreements.
