MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH MERCHANTS LANDSCAPE SERVICES, INC.\nFOR WEED ABATEMENT SERVICES IN THE QUIET HOME AREA (PART 150) AND THE\nONTARIO RANCH AREA\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Maintenance Services\nAgreement for Contract No. PM 2425-17 Quiet Home Area (Part 150) for Weed\nAbatement services with Merchants Landscape Services, Inc., of Rancho Cucamonga,\nCalifornia, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $681,348 for up to five (5) years;\nand\nB.
