12. AMENDMENTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH GO2ZERO\nSTRATEGIES, LLC AND GHD, INC. FOR ON-CALL SOLID WASTE CONSULTING SERVICES\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Go2Zero Strategies, LLC, of Irwindale, California,\nfor on-call Solid Waste Consulting Services exercising the two (2) additional one-year\nextensions and increasing the contract amount by $100,000 per year for a total not-to-\nexceed contract amount of $500,000 over the five-year term; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with GHD, Inc., of Irvine, California, for on-call Solid\nWaste Consulting Services exercising the two (2) additional one-year extensions and\nincreasing the contract amount by $100,000 per year for a total not-to-exceed contract\namount of $300,000 over the five-year term.\nATTACHMENT: GO2ZERO- Amendment No. 2.pdf\nATTACHMENT: GHD- Amendment No. 1.pdf
