4.6 FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE\nALISO VIEJO CENTER WITH ALISO VIEJO BANQUET CENTER, LLC AND\nWEDGEWOOD BEVERAGE, INC.\nRecommended Action:\n1. Approve a First Amendment to the Management Services Agreement with Aliso\nViejo Banquet Center, LLC and Wedgewood Beverage, Inc. for management and\noperations of the Aliso Viejo Center extending the agreement for an additional two-\nyear term; and\n2.
