17. AGREEMENT - APPROVAL OF THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE MERCY HOUSE\nHOMELESS SYSTEM OF SERVICES AGREEMENT\nThat the City Council:\na. Approve the Third Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with\nMercy House for Corona’s Homeless System of Services, to extend the term to\nDecember 31, 2024, with the total maximum compensation amount of\n$8,469,544.\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the Third Amendment to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Mercy House.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to approve non-substantive\namendments to the Professional Services Agreement, including line-item\nadjustments, so long as any such amendments will not cause the City to exceed\nthe approved total maximum compensation of $8,469,544, for the Third\nAgenda\nAmendment.
