TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND COMMUNICATIONS PLAN AND DESIGN AGREEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the Traffic Signal Communications Plan, Adaptive Traffic/Traffic\nResponsive Control System Project – Phase 1;\n(2) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an Amendment to Agreement 2381-A with\nAdvantec Consulting Engineers, for an additional amount of $689,654, for Phase 2 of the\nproject to include preparation of the designs and plans for implementation of recommended\nimprovements; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
