AGREEMENT FOR THE COLLECTION OF CIVIC WASTE\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Ware Disposal Inc., in a form\napproved by the City Attorney, for collecting Civic Waste for an annual amount of $194,000;\n(2) Appropriating $194,000 from Fund 506 – Building Maintenance to the FY 2024-25 Budget\nfor waste collection services; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
