City Council Communications/Committee Reports/Meeting Reports\nDuring this part of the meeting members of the City Council report to the community\non various matters of interest, including reports concerning committees on which the\nCouncilmembers serve and reports on meetings/conferences attended. In addition,\nrequests may be made of staff for reports which will be presented to the City Council\nat a subsequent meeting, or for the scheduling of future agenda items. There will be\nno discussion or action taken on any of the items that may be presented during this\nagenda item, except to approve or ratify travel expenses for City-related business or\nto cancel or reschedule a City Council public meeting.
