B Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to consider\nadopting Resolution No. 24-52 – A Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute Agreement File No. 1057, in a form approved by the City Attorney,\nwith Silvestre Madrigal Jr. for building façade improvements at\n10003 Alondra Boulevard, pursuant to the Bellflower Economic\nDevelopment Business Assistance Plan Chapter 3.1.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Open the public hearing; take documentary\nand testimonial evidence; and after considering the evidence, consider adopting\nResolution No. 24-52; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to\nthis item.
