8. AGREEMENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH MICHAEL\nBAKER INTERNATIONAL, BERG & ASSOCIATES, AND TRANSTECH\nENGINEERS FOR ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND\nINSPECTION SERVICES [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR, P. TICUN]\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of Agreements for\nProfessional Services with Michael Baker International, Berg & Associates,\nand Transtech Engineers to perform on-call construction management and\ninspection services.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve an Agreement for Professional Services\nwith Michael Baker International in the amount of $500,000 for on-call\nconstruction management and inspection services; 2) Approve an\nAgreement for Professional Services with Berg & Associates in the amount\nof $500,000 for on-call construction management and inspection services;\n3) Approve an Agreement for Professional Services with Transtech\nAugust, 26, 2024\nEngineers in the amount of $500,000 for on-call construction management\nand inspection services; and 4) Authorize the City Manager or designee to\nexecute documents incident to the Agreement.
