10. AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nPECKHAM AND MCKENNEY FOR PROFESSIONAL, MANAGEMENT\nAND EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENTS [J. JIMENEZ, R. NAPPER, C.\nLEUNG, C. KOKUBUN]\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the agreement for\nservices with Peckham and McKenney to increase the not-to-exceed\namount and extend the term of the agreement to provide recruitment\nservices for professional, management, and executive-level positions.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement for\nServices with Peckham and McKenney to increase the amount of the\nAgreement by $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount to $280,000, and\nto extend the Agreement by two years from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026;\nand 2) Authorize the City Manager of designee to execute the documents\nincident to the Agreement.
