COLLINS]\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of the Safe, Clean\nWater Program (Measure W) Transfer Agreement between the Los\nAngeles County Flood Control District and the City.\nRECOMMENDATION: 1) The City Council will consider approval of the\nSafe, Clean Water Program (Measure W) Transfer Agreement between the\nLos Angeles County Flood Control District and the City; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or his designee to execute all documents incident to the\ntransfer Agreement.
