RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY’S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE\nSummary:\nGovernment Code Section 87300 et. seq., requires local governments to review\ntheir respective conflict of interest code to determine its accuracy or make\namendments as necessary. Staff recommends amending the City’s Conflict of\nInterest Code to update the list of designated employees.
