Declare the vacancy of one Planning Commissioner position.\n2. Authorize staff to open a recruitment seeking residents interested in serving\nas a Planning Commissioner for the remainder of the vacant term through\nMay 31, 2025. The recruitment will run from August 30 through September\n20, 2024.
