Adoption of Resolution of Intention to Amend the Municipal Code to Increase the Maximum Allowed\nHeight of Fences, Walls, and Hedges in the Front Setbacks of R2, R3, and R4 Zoning Districts and to\nAddress the Rules for Measuring the Heights of Fences, Walls, and Hedges Located on Top of\nRetaining Walls\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effect pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2.
