18. 24-577 Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid and authorize\nexecution of a construction contract with TTS Engineering Inc in the\namount of $174,624 for the Retaining Wall Rehabilitation Project,\nCC-1770\nRecommended Action:\nA) Accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid submitted by TTS Engineering in\nthe amount of $174,624; and,\nB) Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a construction contract in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and,\nC) Authorize the Director of Public Works to execute change orders not to exceed a total\nof 15 percent of the contract construction costs, or $26,194.
