LAZ PARKING SHUTTLE SERVICE AT STRANDS BEACH\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve a First Amendment to a contract with LAZ Parking California, LLC for Shuttle Service at\nStrands Beach; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the First Amendment with the option to extend\nthe agreement for three additional, one-year terms, including annual Consumer Price Index (CPI)\nincreases; and,\n3) Authorize the budget adjustment outlined in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
