DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH EXCEL PAVING\nFOR THE STREET RECONSTRUCTION, ZONE G – PHASE 1 PROJECT\nPresented by Frederic Aboujaoude, Principal Engineer\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Award a Public Works Agreement to Palp Inc. dba Excel\nPaving Company for Phase 1 of the Street Reconstruction Zone G Project in an amount\nof $1,084,650.00, plus a 15% contingency for unexpected costs for a total amount not\nto exceed $1,247,348; and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.
