3-E. 2022 MONTEREY PARK GENERAL PLAN AND HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS\nREPORT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the 2022 General Plan and Housing Element Annual Progress Report;\n(2) Directing staff to forward a copy of the report to the Governor’s Office of Planning and\nResearch (OPR) and the State Department of Housing and Community Development\n(HCD) before April 1, 2023; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
