Second Amendment to Easement Agreement with Los Angeles SMSA\nLimited Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Airtouch) for Existing\nWireless Facilities Located at 3900 Lampson Avenue - That the City\nCouncil adopt Resolution 7557: 1. Approving the Second Amendment to\nEasement Agreement for an existing cell tower site on City property at 3900\nLampson Avenue; and, 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the\nAmendment, Memorandum of Easement Agreement, and other necessary\ndocuments on behalf of the City; and, 3. Approving Budget Amendment 25-\n03-01 to increase revenues to Fund 101-000-0000-45400 by $53,000.
