G. Approving and Authorizing a Public Works Agreement for Annual Sand\nBerm Construction and Removal with Post Bros. Construction Co. - That\nthe City Council adopt Resolution 7559: 1. Approving the plans, specifications,\nand contract documents for the Annual Sand Berm Construction and Removal\nProject; and, 2. Approving and awarding a Public Works Agreement to Post\nBros. Construction Co. in the amount of $413,391; waiving all minor bid\nirregularities; and rejecting all other bids; and, 3. Authorizing and directing the\nCity Manager to execute a Public Works Agreement for construction services\nto Post Bros. Construction Co.
