F. Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. for\nPavement Marking Maintenance Services - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7558: 1. Approving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Superior Pavement Markings, Inc. dated July 22, 2019,\nextending the term of the Agreement through and including July 22, 2025, and\nincreasing compensation by $100,000 for the third extension, for a total not-\nto-exceed amount of $370,000 for the extended six-year term; and, 2.\nAuthorizing and directing the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement on behalf of the City.
