The City Council recognizes\nthe importance of an annual LDC revision that removes unnecessary barriers to simplify\nand streamline permitting processes (LDC Update). The 2022 LDC Update includes\namendments that will align policy with the City’s climate, equity and housing goals,\ninclude regulatory reform, comply with state law, and include corrections and\nclarifications.
