A Consideration and possible action to award a contract to Willdan\nEngineering and authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File\nNo. 163.15 with Willdan Engineering, in a form approved by the City Attorney,\nfor Professional Services for Complete In-House Building Division\nOperations and Fire Plan Check Review and Inspection Services.\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Award an agreement to Willdan Engineering\nand authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 163.15, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney; and 2) Authorize a budget amendment to increase\nthe appropriation for Account No. 600-42072-4120 by $410,000 for FY 24-25 with\na General Fund transfer; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related\nto this item.
