12. Award of Contract to EN Engineering, LLC for Local Broadband Assessment\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the award of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to EN\nEngineering, LLC. (“EN”) in an amount not-to-exceed $311,000 to perform local\nbroadband needs assessment; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and any extensions or\namendments thereto on behalf of the City, subject to review by the City Attorney.
