11. Approve an Agreement for Purchase of Recycled Water with Los Angeles County\nSanitation District\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve an Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Recycled Water between County\nSanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County and City of Pomona (Agreement) to\nrenew and continue the purchase of recycled water for a term of 25 year; and,\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement with the Los Angeles County\nSanitation District for purchase of recycled water and any subsequent amendments\ncontingent on City Attorneys review.
