14. Retroactively Approve Emergency Purchase for Pool Repairs\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Per Pomona Municipal Code Section 2-998 - Emergency Purchases, retroactively\napprove expenditures for the emergency purchase of Accu-Tab and Acid-Rite Feeder\nSystems and Automated Pool Chemical Controllers at Washington Park and Ganesha\nPark pools; and\n2) Approve the payment to Aqua Source, Inc. in the amount of $173,877.82.
