Award a Sole Source Purchase to Staccato Firearms for Duty Weapons in an Amount Not\nto Exceed $249,106 and Approve a Re-Payment Program Plan through Bi-Weekly Payroll\nDeductions\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve a re-payment program plan for sworn personnel through bi-weekly payroll\ndeduction for duty firearms\n2) Approve a Sole Source Purchase to Staccato Firearms for Duty Firearms in an\namount Not to Exceed $249,106\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all agreements on behalf of the\nCity, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval as to form by\nthe City Attorney.
