E. Consideration to approve a contract with Act 1 Construction, Inc. for a new\nsidewalk as part of the Skills Center project along 1st Street, between “D”\nStreet and Perris Boulevard. This includes the sidewalk on the south side\nof 1st Street by the Veteran’s Memorial. The contract amount is\n$144,000.00, including a 20% contingency, which will be paid from\navailable ARPA funds under the Skills Center Project.
