E. Consideration to adopt Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order)\n Certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report (SCH 2023110588),\n adopting the Mitigation and Monitoring and Reporting Program, Tentative\n Parcel Map 22-05379 (TPM 38730), Development Plan Review (DPR) 22-\n 00038 and introduce the First Reading of Proposed Ordinance Number\n (next in order) to facilitate the construction of a 271,098 square-foot\n industrial warehouse building, two (2) freestanding sit-down restaurants\n totaling 9,000 square-feet, and a 52,008 square-foot four-story hotel on\n 17.1 acres located on the south side of Ramona Expressway between Perris\n Boulevard and Redlands Avenue. (Applicant: Marwan Alabbasi) The\n Proposed Resolution Numbers (next in order) are entitled: A\n RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PERRIS,\n COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CERTIFYING\n THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (STATE\n CLEARINGHOUSE NO. 2023110588) PREPARED FOR THE\n DISTRIBUTION PARK PROJECT CONSISTING OF SPECIFIC PLAN\n AMENDMENT 22-05380, TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 22-05379 (TPM\n 38730), DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW 22-00037, AND\n DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW 22-00038, AND ADOPTING THE\n PROPOSED MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING\n PROGRAM AND THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND STATEMENT OF\n OVERRIDING CONSIDERATIONS, BASED UPON THE FINDINGS\n NOTED HEREIN.
