Expenditure:\n$18,108.20 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council approve a first amendment to the\nconsulting services agreement with Gruen Associates of Los Angeles, CA (C2023-105)\nauthorizing a 10% contingency in the amount of $18,108.20, for a new not-to-exceed\namount of $199,190.20, to cover future unforeseen costs, and to extend the contract term\nfor an additional year beginning July 31, 2024 and ending July 31, 2025.
