Expenditure: $4,712,077\n(General Fund and Non-General Fund: Approximately $1,178,019 Annually).\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION setting forth the hours, wages, and working conditions for\nExecutive and Management employees; and\n2) Approve employee general increase rate of 4% for FY2024-25, 4% for FY2025-26, 4% for\nFY2026-27, and 4% for FY2027-28; and\n3) Approve merit pool funding for FY2024-25, FY2025-26, FY2026-27, and FY2027-28; and\n4) Repeal Resolution No. 2024-18 in its entirety.\nCity Council Meeting 09-10-24 4 of 8
