9J. City Manager – Adopt RESOLUTIONS Amending Benefits Section for City\nAttorney, City Manager, City Treasurer; and Compensation and Insurance for\nElected Officials. Expenditure: $36,822 (General Fund).\nRecommendation of the City Manager that City Council:\n1) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2024-34 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for the City Attorney in the amount\nof $2,393 which updates the City Contribution for Employee Health Insurance; and\n2) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No 2020-97 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for the City Manager, which\nupdates the City Contribution for Employee Health Insurance; and\n3) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 2018-110 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for the City Treasurer in the\namount of $2,393 which updates the City Contribution for Employee Health\nInsurance; and\n4) Adopt a RESOLUTION amending Resolution No 2023-29 setting forth changes\nregarding hours, wages, and working conditions for Elected Officials, in the amount\nof $32,036 which updates the City Contribution for Employee Health Insurance and\nincreases the City Clerk’s pay rate by 9%.\nCity Council Meeting 09-10-24 5 of 8
